Films With Sexy Art Direction: Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day
The Arche de la Défense in Paris has been transformed into a honeycomb of subsidiary spaces: encrusted with modules that have been attached to the inside of the existing building’s vast interior.
As writer and curator Maryse Quinton describes it, “this study imagines the hijacking of a building that is symbolic for its monumentality and its location: the Arche de la Défense.”
Musical Cymatics

This is a grid showing all 8 octaves on a piano and each note of the scale in Cmajor. Each note was played individually and has it’s own individual pattern. The top left blank squares are this way because the frequency was so low it didn’t pick up a pattern. I chose to keep them empty as they are the lowest notes on the piano and they give off an emptiness and peacful anchor to an stimulating piece of imagery.

Enjoy this awesome logo I just designed. Obviously, I love it. Created by drawing the crab parts (as you saw) and then vectorising them in Illustrator.

Watching Words Move
First published in 1962, this work of experimental typography uses letters in a single typeface, Helvetica, to achieve surprising results — motion and narrative, emotion and humor.
