- Lauren: Fine. But Miss Jones isn't happy about it. And in exchange, she's demanding that during the benefit her feet never touch the ground.
- Rachel: Excuse me?
- Lauren: Oh, did you not see Celine Dion's wedding?
- Mercedes: Carried in.
- Lauren: Cher's comeback tour?
- Mercedes: Carried in.
- Lauren: GaGa at the Grammy's
- Mercedes: Carried the hell in.
- Mercedes: 'A' I need a bowl of green M&M's. And by bowl, I mean large bowl. Well, really a small barrel.
- Finn: ...Ok
- Mercedes: Two, I need humidifiers. LOTS of humidifiers. A team of humidifiers whose only job is to make the air that Mercedes breaths...more humid.
- Quinn: We'll try our best.
- Mercedes: Shh, I'm not finished. Before every performance I like to wash my hands and after doing so, I like to dry them...on a fresh puppy.
- Finn: Excuse me?
- Lauren: I believe you heard Miss Jones. In fact, if I were you I'd probably get a whole litter of fluffy puppies just in case she decides to take a post show shower.
- Mercedes: *snaps*
Here’s How This Is Going To Go Down: My Glee Character
5As we all know, it is (one of) my life’s mission to get onto Glee. I have heard it confirmed that this cast will be graduated at the end of season 3. As much that sucks and as much as it seems I’ll be only able to audition for the new cast, ideally I’d like to come in on season 3 and continue on. Sure this means everything would have to happen really quickly right now but whatever. Here’s how this is going to go down:
My character is a white boy who wants to be black. He should be nerdy - maybe the science geek or the random trivia type - and is pretty shy until he is comfortable. The Yin to Mercedes’ Yang. He divas out to black woman songs all the time because he feels completely released of all inhibitions when he sings. He is at first competitive with Mercedes, then befriends her, then they start dating - all the while performing delicious black duets together. Some have suggested he should be Australian (because I am) but I am completely able to be, and prefer him to be, American. Because of Mercedes friendship with with Kurt and Blaine, he will be close to that couple too.
Now, the biggest issue he has when he is first introduced is that he is only a Sophomore (which, though I am not American, I am lead to believe means he is in year 10)! Everyone is like ‘he’s so young, we don’t take him seriously.’ However, they eventually see past that and they all become close. It is a tragedy when they have to graduate and he has to stay behind and raise up the new group of Glee Clubbers and they have a moment where he sings For Good from Wicked for them and then girlfriend Mercedes joins him and then they all join in and it is beautiful.
This character also creates a nice segue for the old characters to return - because he is still with Mercedes (until Amber needs to be cut loose so she can go be amazing somewhere else and they tragically break up (ugh, I am sad even thinking about that)) and he’s friends with them all.
Now, in reality, I need my YouTube channel to take off ASAP so I get enough subscribers to get a work VISA. Then I’ll go audition for Ryan Murphy and BAM! I’ll probably sing this as my audition (or similar) because that’s what Amber did: And I Am Telling You
